Offshore Operations

Initially based on our Service Operation Vessel (SOV) for the Deutsche Bucht Offshore Wind Farm, which includes x V turbines of 8.4 MW each. The role involves working in our Service team, with temporary travel to other offshore wind farms for training, education, and experience sharing.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate on-site service operations alongside the Service Supervisor
• Ensure compliance with Vestas' Health and Safety standards
• Organize vessel and O&M team transfers
• Participate in technical meetings with the back office
• Plan annual service and maintenance activities
• Coordinate with on-site customer representatives
• Complete training as an electrician, electrician, or mechatronics engineer (EFK appointment possible)
• Work comfortably offshore and at heights, managing associated challenges
• Experience as a team leader and in medium/high voltage systems is advantageous
• Proficiency in English and German, both spoken and written
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP
• Full diver’s license
