The Job

As the E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for on-page marketing, optimization, digital marketing, and paid ads. Your main focus will be the online store, ensuring it is tailored to the local market in terms of appearance and content. Your daily tasks include:

  • Consulting customers in Scandinavian markets, especially Sweden, and working across the lead funnel to increase sales
  • Planning and executing marketing campaigns including themes, pricing, discounts, and bundles
  • Updating prices, product descriptions, and website content according to global standards and local needs
  • Tracking and being accountable for sales goals in Sweden
  • Analyzing performance metrics and adjusting strategies accordingly
  • Collaborating with the creative team to produce engaging marketing content
  • Identifying local marketing opportunities in collaboration with the marketing team
  • Increasing traffic and conversion rates through SEO and SEM techniques
  • Implementing process improvements and maintaining data accuracy

The Profile

  • Native-level Swedish speaker with fluent English (C1)
  • At least 2 years of experience managing an e-commerce store
  • Minimum 2 years of B2C sales experience, online or offline
  • Experience with Google and Meta Ads is a plus
  • Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and social media advertising is a plus
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with managing tools
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools
  • Knowledge of Shopify is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, confident, driven, and results-oriented
  • Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills
