Responsibilities

• Participate in all aspects of game development from planning to creating and optimizing game modules and documenting the frontend
• Define technical requirements and constraints by collaborating closely with other departments
• Provide analysis and problem-solving for technical and organizational challenges, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
• Gather and incorporate stakeholder requirements related to technology and methodology
• Mentor the development team in system design, programming, and optimization to produce maintainable, high-quality code
• Promote knowledge sharing through code reviews, pair programming, and team meetings

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent IT training
• 5+ years of professional experience developing video games with Unity
• Experience with at least one shipped game with a significant player base
• Strong knowledge of modern C# and Unity, including architecture, design patterns, optimization, and testing
• Excellent problem analysis skills for complex issues
• Experience in runtime and rendering performance optimization
• Understanding of UX/UI methodologies and implementation
• A team player passionate about gaming and collaboration
• Experience with Java or mobile platforms is a plus
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
