We welcome students who identify as women to join us for a workshop in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. After training and practice, you may get to interview for a position as an Associate Consulting Intern and have the chance to win a scholarship.

Some candidates will also have an opportunity to interview for a role as an Associate Consulting Intern at Bain.

This program is for students who identify as women from all disciplines, starting from the 3rd Bachelor’s semester onwards. We’re looking for strong academic achievement, great communication skills, drive, passion, and the energy to solve problems.
