Responsibilities

• Conception and implementation of an integrated system landscape for our global PLM and CAD applications, including Teamcenter, SolidEdge, other configurators, classification systems, and interfaces to SAP and archiving solutions.
• Contributing to and driving the technical implementation to enable the transformation from our ETO business into Configure-To-Order scenarios at EagleBurgmann.
• Acting as a business partner and trusted advisor to the engineering department to gather and evaluate requirements within the demand management process, creating effective IT solution designs.
• Ensuring the quality gate of our software solutions.
• Managing IT projects and coordinating development efforts internally (Germany & India) and externally with service providers.

Qualifications

• University degree in technical studies, e.g., computer science or business informatics, with at least 10 years of practical experience.
• Experience in designing process, system, and data architectures in engineering.
• In-depth knowledge and experience with Siemens PLM (Teamcenter) and CAD systems (SolidEdge, SolidWorks).
• Knowledge of handling various XML formats within the Teamcenter environment.
• Functional leadership experience with IT employees in an international team setup.
• Experience managing software development projects.
• Professional demeanor, proactive, responsible work ethic, and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
