Are you ready? Join MARKT-PILOT as the Head/Director of HR (f/m/d), where your leadership will be instrumental in developing and executing innovative HR strategies during our key growth phases. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role is ideal for an HR professional with 5+ years of experience (including 2+ in leading roles) in dynamic and rapidly growing environments. In this role, you will shape our people strategy, cultivate a thriving team, and be a key contributor to our business success.

Your Mission
  1. People Strategy Development: Drawing on your experience in growth and scaling, develop and implement a long-term people strategy and create an ambitious roadmap to keep our people team on track and growing.
  2. Comprehensive People Management: Oversee and develop people operations, talent acquisition, and employer branding globally (currently Germany, US, Italy, Sweden).
  3. Talent Acquisition and Management: Collaborate with department leaders to assess and prioritize staffing requirements and recruit new talent accordingly.
  4. Talent Development: Develop and manage our framework for the personal and professional development of our employees, ensuring growth in collaboration with department leaders.
  5. HR Operations Excellence: Oversee and continuously improve all HR operations to ensure efficient and effective processes that support organizational growth and employee satisfaction.
  6. Business Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to our leadership team and employees.
  7. Culture Shaping: Develop a high-performing culture that functions well across teams and geographies, aligning with the company's strategic goals.
Your Skills
  1. Growth and Scaling Expertise: Proven track record of scaling startups or scaleups globally, demonstrating your ability to manage HR operations in rapidly growing environments.
  2. HR Leadership Experience: Minimum 2 years of HR leadership experience, preferably in a startup or scaleup.
  3. HR Operations Expertise: Deep knowledge of HR operations with a strong understanding of regulatory compliance, ensuring all HR practices are current and efficient.
  4. Hands-On Mentality: Actively involved in all aspects of HR strategy and execution, demonstrating a hands-on approach to driving organizational growth and success. You are able to lead, yet still willing to execute.
  5. Language Skills: Excellent knowledge of German and English, with high communication skills. Additional languages are a plus.
