- Your areas of responsibilities:
- Drive our global marketing strategy at a regional level, covering Trade Marketing, Digital, Brand Communication, Product Marketing and PR activities
- Strategic marketing planning for the local brand building and positioning
- Oversee marketing communications including branding, public relations, advertising, trade shows, events, social media, and implement editorial marketing
- Be the marketing Go-To person for the General Manager, Head of Sales & Head of Marketing
- Develop and manage channel and partner strategies and programs
- Develop and track metrics and success criteria for all marketing programs and activities
- POS Excellence - implement POS guidelines and oversee all marketing activities. Increase brand awareness at POS, fairs, print & social media
- Plan & drive events with key stakeholders both online & offline
- Work closely with the sales team & our customers in the execution of global POS excellence strategy and e-retail guidelines in your market and increase brand space online and offline
- Collaborate with the Global Trade team and other parties to support in the Shop in Shops concept creation & project execution
- Good understanding & analysis of market trends, customer journey & consumer behaviors within the region, both online and offline

Your profile of qualification:
- Successfully completed a Bachelor/Master degree in Marketing or other business related fields
- Several years of relevant work experience as Marketing Manager in a brand/consumer centric environment
- Strong goal focus and customer orientation, affinity for design
- Exceptional track record of developing and implementing marketing programs that have consistently met objectives
- Ability to plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels
- Native German with Fluency in Business English
- Prior leadership skills preferred with strong communication skills
- Hands on with a high sense of initiative, assertiveness & drive
- Analytical with high sense of organization
- Knows how to collaborate cross matrix and manage multiple projects
