We’re looking for a Senior Content Designer to bring our brand strategy to life through engaging digital content. You will work across different formats, including graphics, video, web, and copy, to create content that resonates. You are a hands-on designer who loves experimenting with new tools and ideas. What will be your responsibility
Create engaging content. Turn complex ideas into clear, compelling marketing assets in graphics, video, interactive content, and copy for web, social, email, and other platforms. Graphic and web design experience is a must. Copywriting is a plus.
Design for web. Use Webflow (our CMS) to design pages, create visuals, and manage digital content.
Improve content structure. Organise content for a smooth user experience, making information easy to find and navigate.
Test and refine. Run usability tests, gather feedback, and improve content based on data and insights.
Ensure accessibility. Follow best practices to make content inclusive and user-friendly for all audiences.
Bring fresh ideas. Keep up with digital trends and contribute creative ideas to the team.

WHAT YOU BRING
Experience. Five or more years in graphic or web design, content creation, or digital marketing, with a strong grasp of user-focused design.
Technical skills. Proficiency in Webflow (or similar CMS), HTML/CSS, and HubSpot.
Design expertise. Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) for creating and editing visuals.
Writing ability. Strong writing and editing skills, with experience tailoring content for different platforms and audiences.
