Customer Service Representative Middle East (m/w/d)

In the Customer Service department at the Heidelberg site, ADM uses nature's treasures to provide access to food for people around the world. Your Responsibilities
  • Look after and support our international customers in the Middle East region
  • Create calculations and offers
  • Process document requests
  • Coordinate and process customer projects in cooperation with the field service and internal departments
  • Enter and change master data according to specifications
  • Provide support in receivables management and customer agreements/contracts
Your Profile
  • Successfully completed studies or commercial training with professional experience, ideally in sales or customer service
  • Very good knowledge of English & Arabic; knowledge of German is an advantage
  • Good MS Office skills; ideally knowledge of SAP SD & Sales Force
  • Very good organizational and coordination skills
  • Confident and friendly demeanor, negotiation skills, and reliability
  • High degree of self-motivation and results-oriented work style
