Job Description:

For our Cartier Parfums team, we are looking for a full-time, motivated, and dedicated Commercial Perfume Manager (m/f/d) with the capacity to lead a strong network in our defined region.

Your Tasks:

  • Preparation and control of B-to-B strategies and activities within the region, aligned with international guidelines and Maison strategy (for Germany, Austria, Eastern Europe countries, and Travel Retail accounts)
  • Budget responsibility: sales and trade operations in agreement with local objectives and strategy
  • Annual negotiations with perfume retailers on action plans and commercial conditions
  • Lead of sales team (three sales account managers and one travel retail manager)
  • Support to sales team in managing perfumeries' key accounts, including defining quantitative and qualitative sales targets
  • Implementation of retailization plans for key accounts by defining new digital B-to-B solutions (e.g., SAP/Booster)
  • Regular updates to Cartier Paris with direct reporting to the local Cartier Northern Europe Director

Your Profile:

  • Over 8 years of experience in luxury retail or the fragrance industry, with a university or business school background
  • Ideally management experience of a mid-sized team
  • Profound knowledge of FMCG and/or the beauty industry
  • Fluent in English and German; French is a plus
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and highly analytical, able to analyze and define KPIs to identify opportunities and improve overall performance of Cartier perfume in the region
  • Hardworking and relentless in the pursuit of excellence, with a never-give-up attitude
