How you will create an impact:

• Support Sales Teams through discovery meetings and client demos
• Create technical solution presentations and proposals
• Define digital solution scope by translating requirements into user stories
• Perform requirements engineering and solution estimation
• Consult stakeholders on software implementation and integration
• Lead proof of value projects
• Manage client-specific delivery and customization projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence
• Provide product trainings and serve as the key contact during hyper-care
• Provide feedback to product management for roadmap insights
• Maintain relationships with major clients post-implementation
• Offer insights for product demand, improvements, and strategy

About you:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, computer science, or related field with 3+ years of experience in IT consulting or software implementation
• Technical expertise to discuss concepts with IT stakeholders and developers
• Experience with IT project management and agile methodologies
• Knowledge of technology trends like cloud, app development, AI
• Ability to understand client needs and communicate effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills to translate business needs into solutions
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Industry knowledge in relevant markets is a plus
• Fluent in English and German
