Senior Project Manager - Data Centre

Frankfurt Germany

€110,000 - €140,000 + Accomadation + Flights + Travel (10/4 Rotation)

We're working with a market leading Contractor who are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team on the delivery of a Hyperscale Data Centre project in Germany.

The ideal candidate will have proven expereince in managing projects from start to finish, For this position a CSA bias is preferred and recent experience must be in senior management positions on large contracts.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall project cost, schedule, and budgets.
• Manage Sub Contractors and other directly contracted vendors and consultants.
• Review construction proposals and related pricing & scopes
• Run and lead client & other required meetings.
• Monitor & identify factors that influence construction costs to create report on this data.
• Knowledge and experience with all methods of construction procurement and long lead equipment.
• Review, validate and audit cost estimates prepared by sub-contractors and others within a client's organization.
• Support engineering decisions relating to the project cost and budget while design-build changes take place during construction.
• Review and approve final invoices, payment applications, retention payments.
• Oversee and manage the transfer of the construction to the client including all close out documentation and warranties.
  
  

Requirements

• 10 years' experience in the delivery of large-scale Construction projects
• Recent experience must be in senior management positions on large contracts
• Data Centre experience is advantageous.
• Civils / CSA background is a preference for this position
• Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills
