Our Digital Sales division is rapidly expanding. At our Berlin site, a collaborative team of Business, Product & Tech (the Crew) manages the entire lifecycle of their products, from development to operation.

We are seeking a Senior Product Owner responsible for creating solutions that delight customers and meet business objectives. You will be a key driver in shaping the Berlin office, working closely with interdisciplinary teams and our Munich product teams.

Your Tasks

• Act as the CEO of your products, developing roadmaps and ensuring solutions are valuable and viable
• Understand business, partner, and customer needs; design comprehensive product solutions
• Monitor product KPIs, iterate, and optimize based on insights
• Collaborate within the Digital Sales Trinity with Business and Technical Owners, working closely with development teams on new and existing products
• Manage stakeholder expectations, translating needs into user stories and technical requirements
• Bridge business requirements, user needs, data science, engineering, and analytics
• Serve as the primary contact for all Digital Sales product inquiries, especially regarding affiliate connections and the rewards shop

Your Profile

• Several years of professional experience as a product owner in eCommerce, with strong technical understanding and end-to-end system knowledge
• Enjoy working with data flows, models, and interfaces
• Interest in both frontend and backend data systems
• Strategic mindset and ability to manage complexity
• Hands-on attitude, from idea conception to implementation and go-live within a Scrum team
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of mediating and resolving conflicts
• Fluent in German and English
