Job Title: Manager/Senior Manager, Clinical Operations (FSP)

We are expanding our Functional Service Provider (FSP) offerings and seeking a Manager/Senior Manager, Clinical Operations, to be embedded with a key client and contribute to the growth and success of our FSP operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage a team of 8 TMF specialists, ensuring project metrics are met and performance standards are maintained.
2. Maintain and strengthen the client relationship through effective management and communication.
3. Oversee clinical operations within an FSP model, ensuring compliance and quality standards are upheld.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in clinical research, preferably within an FSP model.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication, listening, empathy, teamwork, and leadership skills.
• Experience working with Trial Master File (TMF) processes.

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to handle complex projects confidently.
