What you will do:

• Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email
• Track and follow up on cases to ensure they are resolved efficiently and promptly
• Maintain high customer satisfaction, representing major brands
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with partners and show empathy at all times
• Work towards achieving targets set by the client and internal goals
