Qualifikationen

We are snuggs, an investors-backed startup brand of innovative period underwear based in Prague with offices also in London, Berlin, and Amsterdam. Since 2019 we have been expanding our community of over 650,000 satisfied customers across Europe with whom we build strong relationships based on trust and openness. We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented German speaking Sales Manager based in Munich to join our team and help drive our international growth while nurturing key client relationships.

Your responsibilities at snuggs :

Account Management (80%)

  • Drive sales growth through tailored strategies for existing retail accounts in DACH
  • Act as the main contact, collaborating with clients on operations, marketing, and buying needs
  • Align client needs with internal teams (operations, marketing, product development)
  • Oversee customer satisfaction, sales growth, and yearly negotiations
  • Plan and execute B2B marketing campaigns, monitor budgets, and manage retail promotions
  • Analyze sales, market trends, and competitor activities to create improvement plans
  • Conduct store visits to ensure proper displays and resolve issues

New Business Development (20%)

  • Identify and acquire new international accounts in key regions
  • Present products to potential clients, create excitement, and guide them to the next stage of partnership
  • Develop commercial opportunities with retailers, distributors, and agents

  • Fluency in German and English
  • 3–5 years of account management experience, ideally within the FMCG sector
  • Proven ability to work with large retail chains, understanding their intricacies
  • Familiarity with CRM (Hubspot), EDI (Grit), warehousing (Depoto), and data transfer tools (Markant) is a strong plus
  • Track record of meeting KPIs such as revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and margin targets
  • Results-driven with high energy and motivation
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and creative problem-solver
  • Adaptable to change and ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment
