In a team of more than 40 experts, all passionate about their field, they rely on data-driven performance marketing and the full range of Google channels to ensure long-term success.
Your Tasks:
- Developing tailor-made Google Ads strategies and working closely with account strategists, media buyers, and pushing experts to continuously improve the performance of their clients.
- Using the interaction of Google Ads with other channels such as Meta and Microsoft and developing effective synergies.
- Creating well-founded market analyses, competitor reports, and testing strategies.
- Bringing a solid basic understanding of conversion optimization and user guidance.
- Focusing on Google Ads Search & Shopping as part of their training to become an expert in pull strategies.
- Optimizing campaigns with your knowledge from the e-commerce sector and understanding the requirements of Shopify and common shop setups.
- Developing successful strategies based on market and target group insights.
- Analyzing KPIs and creating meaningful reports to provide well-founded recommendations for action and ensure long-term success.
- Advising customers with data-based recommendations and helping them achieve their goals in Google Ads and Shopping.
Requirements
- Proven experience in developing and implementing scalable Google Ads strategies and managing high advertising budgets.
- Expertise in Google Ads environment with a focus on Search & Shopping, including campaign structuring, bidding strategies, budget control, and data-based optimization.
- Experience in optimizing product data feeds and managing them effectively in Shopping campaigns.
- Well-versed in performance metrics such as ROAS, MER, AOV, and conversion rate, with regular optimization.
- In-depth knowledge of buying behavior and target group insights.
- Strong analytical skills to analyze data quickly and drive performance.
- Ability to work independently and manage complex campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills in German (C1).
- Team-oriented mindset and supportiveness to colleagues.
- Strategic thinking and active contribution to strategy development.
- Motivated team player eager to learn and grow through continuous education and training.
