Job Description: Senior Product Marketing Manager (m / f / d) - Onapsis

For our offices in Heidelberg, Frankfurt / Main, or Stuttgart, we seek a passionate, knowledgeable, and experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager (m / f / d). In this role, you will be responsible for product marketing of our award-winning Control product line, including developing compelling messaging, positioning, go-to-market assets, enabling GTM teams, and promoting Onapsis to the market. You will translate your product and market knowledge to drive awareness, adoption, and success of the Onapsis Control product line with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Develop compelling product messaging and positioning to communicate the value of Onapsis Control solutions.
• Create sales and marketing content to educate prospects and customers, helping to advance and close opportunities.
• Conduct market and competitive research to inform product positioning and strategy, enabling our teams to compete effectively.
• Enable sales and partners through training on messaging, positioning, and features.
• Support GTM teams as a subject matter expert during sales efforts, meetings, webinars, and events.
• Collaborate with international sales, alliances, customer success, and marketing teams to grow market share and drive customer success.
• Manage product launches and work closely with product management on future roadmaps.

Required Skills:

• Extensive experience managing product marketing for application security testing or SAP enterprise code products.
• Proven success in developing messaging, positioning, sales content, and leading product launches.
• Ability to work independently, present solutions, and collaborate cross-functionally under tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Data-driven and pragmatic strategic approach.
• Proficiency in English and German at a business level.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with software development lifecycles and code analysis technologies.
• Knowledge of SAP ERP technologies.
• Experience working with application developers.
• Proficiency in Spanish and other EU languages is a plus.
• Passion for technology and awareness of current security trends.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity standards and best practices.
• Experience with Onapsis security products is desirable.
