Position Overview

ITT Bornemann GmbH specializes in the development and production of pumps and pump systems for oil production and processing, as well as for tank terminals, chemical, pharmaceutical, and the food industry, employing approx. 250 professionals.

For our finance department, we are currently looking for a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager (m/f/d) located in Obernkirchen.

Key Responsibilities

1. Preparation of forecast & budget projections for orders, sales, costs (margin planning).
2. Preparation of reporting (monthly, quarterly & annually).
3. Preparation of analyses and statistics.
4. Participation in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements as well as annual financial statements according to HGB and US GAAP.
5. Special projects in the area of finance.

Position Requirements

1. Completed degree in economics with a focus on finance or a comparable qualification.
2. Several years of professional experience in a comparable position.
3. Sound knowledge of HGB and US GAAP accounting standards.
4. Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
5. Know-how in using OneStream (OS) and ideally knowledge of Pro Alpha (ERP system).
6. Business fluent German and good English skills.
7. Confidence, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a team.
8. Systematic, goal-oriented way of working as well as strong analytical and communication skills.
