Qualifikationen

  • Erfahrung in der Schulung und Behandlung von Pumpenpatienten erforderlich.

Jobbeschreibung

Region: Thuringia/Saxony/Northern Bavaria (Leipzig, Dresden, Cottbus, Mühlhausen, Hof)

Responsibilities

The Clinical Services Manager (CSM) will closely collaborate with various departments (Regional Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager, Customer Care, Marketing, Market Access) to meet the clinical needs in the region. The goal is to attract new patients to the Omnipod Insulin Management System and support existing patients. The expanded responsibilities include:

  1. Patient Training: Organizing and independently conducting training sessions with clinics and practices.
  2. Product Presentations: Communicating the benefits of insulin pump therapy and training on the Omnipod system in group and individual sessions.
  3. Collaboration: Working closely with Sales, Medical, Marketing, Customer Care, and Market Access to achieve sales targets.
  4. Prescription Support: Assisting and guiding in the prescription process of the Omnipod system.
  5. Event Support: Participating in and supporting diabetes congresses, patient group meetings, informational events, patient days, and training sessions.
  6. Customer Support: Assisting in the support of development and existing customers and documenting work in the CRM system Salesforce.
  7. Product Demonstrations: Regularly conducting product demonstrations for patients and healthcare professionals.
  8. Employee Training: Supporting new employees with product training.
  9. Train-the-Trainer: Planning and conducting training sessions for diabetes advisors, freelancers, and intermediaries.
  10. Market Feedback: Providing feedback on market conditions and training to supervisors.
  11. Administrative Tasks: Timely completion of administrative tasks.
  12. Additional Tasks: Performing other assigned tasks.
Qualifications
Skills
  1. Professional presentation skills
  2. Strong interpersonal communication, both verbal and written
  3. Teamwork, commitment, and self-responsibility
  4. Independent and flexible working style, combined with good business acumen
  5. Credibility and contacts within the diabetes community
  6. Basic computer skills
  7. Fluent in German, both spoken and written
  8. English is desirable
Education and Experience
  1. Proven experience in training and/or treating pump patients or equivalent education and experience
  2. Diabetes Advisor DDG is preferred
  3. Previous industry experience is desirable
  4. Certified nutritionist is an advantage
  5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  6. Experience in dealing directly with healthcare professionals and diabetes patients
Physical Requirements

Valid driving license required. Regular business travel is necessary, primarily by car within the assigned region. Overnight trips may vary, typically ranging from 2 to 5 nights per month. Work environment includes clinics and practices in the area, as well as a home office. A company car will be provided.
