About the Company - HY Solar is a N-type zero carbon industry chain integrator, and we highly value our global Solar Module business. We are looking for ambitious, confident members to join our sales team.

About the Role - Analyze the market in the German language region, develop and implement a sales and marketing strategy; use your network to develop a company network in the region to source, evaluate, and negotiate distributed and utility-scale projects; manage key client accounts in the region; standardize and negotiate module sales with an annual sales target; establish partnerships with developers, EPC companies, real estate companies, or other entities that could generate project pipelines; set and manage project forecasts with team members and stakeholders; develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, documentation, and presentations.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze markets in the German language region and develop and implement sales and marketing strategies;
  • Use your network to develop a regional company network to source, evaluate, and negotiate distributed and utility-scale projects;
  • Manage key client accounts, standardize and negotiate module sales with an annual target;
  • Establish partnerships with developers, EPC, real estate companies, or others to generate project pipelines;
  • Set and manage project forecasts with team members and stakeholders;
  • Develop and deliver reports, proposals, documentation, and presentations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Engineering, Business, or Economics; Master's preferred;
  • At least 5 years experience in solar PV or key client management;
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills;
  • Strong understanding of energy systems, modules, and installation methods;
  • Excellent interpersonal and technical communication skills.
