TL;DR:

Help us drive revenue growth, ideally exponentially. We’re looking for our first dedicated Growth leader to turn Tiptap’s raw momentum (30k+ GitHub stars, 7M monthly downloads, users like GitLab & LinkedIn) into a repeatable, scalable growth engine.

Your first 12‑month North Star: generate ≥30 qualified SQLs per month and significantly increase our self‑serve conversion rate, all while laying the foundations for a Growth function you will later lead as Head of Growth.

Hackathons

Responsibilities
  • Own the full funnel, from awareness to expansion, using data to prioritize opportunities.
  • Design and run rapid experiments (paid, product, lifecycle, pricing).
  • Implement and maintain analytics for insight-driven decisions.
  • Partner with Product & Engineering to ship growth features.
  • Build our demand gen playbook for PLG and enterprise motions, feeding ≥30SQLs/mo.
  • Report weekly on KPIs, turning insights into roadmaps.
  • Future: hire, coach, and lead the Growth squad after hitting milestones.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 6 years in growth marketing, product-led growth, or similar roles in tech startups or SaaS.
  • Proven ability to drive measurable growth through experiments and data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional analytical skills; proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude.
  • Experience with growth experiments from ideation to execution.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Founder-like mindset: proactive, clear communicator, result-driven.
Bonus
  • Experience in developer-focused companies or technical products.
  • Familiarity with open-source business models and community growth.
  • Experience with Tiptap or similar developer tools.
