Job Description:
  • Full support of the employee lifecycle for your retail region (Netherlands & Belgium)
  • Placing job advertisements and conducting applicant interviews
  • Review and optimize current processes and benefits
  • Work closely with managers across the organization
  • Manage all HR-related administration
  • Supervise internal development programs and moderate training courses
  • Shape employer branding and communicate corporate values internally and externally
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in HR, preferably supporting Belgium and/or Netherlands
  • Courage to innovate and adapt to constant change
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Structured and organized work approach
  • Fluency in English and German; Dutch is an advantage
