About the role

We are seeking a hybrid Consulting Senior Manager/Director with expertise in growth consulting, loyalty, and promotions to join our team in Germany. If you are passionate about growth propositions and want to help clients innovate ways to drive demand, expand margins, and unlock new revenue streams, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. You will have the chance to create next-generation loyalty and membership programs, develop promotion strategies, and work with top-tier engineering, digital innovation, and design teams to shape product vision. As a Consulting Director, you will play a vital role in shaping products that impact millions worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor on growth propositions related to loyalty programs, promotion strategies, membership experiences, and subscription models.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including data & analytics, experience design, digital product, and delivery) to deliver technology-focused transformation projects.
  • Support account managers and sales teams with knowledge, materials, advice, and support to pursue opportunities within clients and prospects.
  • Assess client opportunities, respond to RFPs, create proposals and presentations, establish senior relationships, and help close new deals.
  • Define and scope consulting engagements, establish optimal operating models, and lead the transition from sales to delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at senior levels and with internal and external partners to maximize practice growth.

Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge in loyalty/membership, pricing/promotions, or subscription/recurring business models.
  • Deep industry experience in digital and innovative technology across sectors like Consumer Goods, Retail, Travel & Hospitality.
  • Leadership experience or equivalent from a recognized consultancy.
  • Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills.
  • Willingness to lead teams and help scale the practice.
  • Proven ability to manage consulting engagements and digital transformation programs.
  • Sound business acumen, strategic skills, negotiation skills, and commitment to diversity.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
