Responsibilities:

• Support the digital, consumer, innovation team in various topics related to consumer products
• Analyze consumer and technology trends in selected innovation fields
• Assist with consumer and shopper intelligence studies
• Perform consumer analytics tasks and derive insights from data
• Prepare insights communication materials

Qualifications:

• Advanced studies in business administration, psychology, neuroscience, with a focus on marketing
• Initial experience in consumer insights, trend scouting, and innovation management
• Strong analytical skills, proficient in PowerBI, MS Office, Google Analytics, and other tools
• Excellent communication skills, team-oriented, collaborative
• Fluent in English and advanced in German
