Job Description:

Our Customer Solution Delivery department has an immediate job opening for a Solution Integration Expert Personalization (m/f/d) to be filled.

In this position, you will be responsible for the design, planning, and implementation of complex solutions for the production, distribution, and verification of personalized secure e-documents or smart cards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation and configuration of personalization solutions in small to large environments within international customer projects
• Planning, conception of configurations, and adjustments to machines and software in cooperation with the product development department
• Ensuring the proper functioning of the application systems and creating the documentation
• Support and troubleshooting of the systems during the project phase and in service

Your profile:

• Hands-on experience with electro-mechanical equipment is a plus
• Capabilities should include electro-mechanical troubleshooting ability, understanding of electronic principles, and a working knowledge of computer systems, PCs, and networking
• Hands-on experience with solenoids, belts, rollers, bearings, pneumatics, and guides is a plus
• Experience with installation, setup, and operation of special machines for personalization of ID documents and smart cards, at least with one of the market players
• Experience with peripherals and operating systems Windows, Windows Server, Linux
• Ability to explain complex issues simply and understandably
• Very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken (additional languages are an advantage)
• High service orientation, strong communication and team skills
• Willingness to travel abroad for field service assignments
