TP in Greece collaborates with Canon, a leader in professional and consumer imaging equipment, offering job opportunities for technology enthusiasts to support printers, photocopiers, digital cameras, and other imaging products to German speaking customers.

We provide comprehensive training on products and troubleshooting techniques.

What you will do:

• Communicate with customers via phone, chat, & email
• Follow up on cases to ensure timely resolution
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers and partners
• Achieve targets set by the client and internal goals
• Address customer inquiries and troubleshoot or escalate technical issues
• Follow diagnostic procedures, focusing on common questions
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate and share ideas with colleagues
