Role Purpose

GKN Automotive is actively seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP), Plant Maintenance (PM) and Quality (QM) Manager with also expertise in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in our transformation journey moving from multiple ERP platforms and connected systems to a single SAP S/4HANA ERP system in all GKN Automotive plants. Accountable as key decision maker on the process Designs, Build, and Deployment. Ensures that business requirements are met while supporting the overall objectives of the program and adhering to SAP best practices. Actively champions the standardization and simplification of processes across the GKN organization.

Key Responsibilities

• IT Single Point Of Contact (SPOC): IT Single Point Of Contact withQuality-Manufacturing-Maintenance Functions. Seek Alignment, agree on Opportunities, Co-lead Projects and regularly review agreed SLAs.
• IT AMS Manager: lead a 10+ business analysts’ team.
• SAP S/4HANA Implementation: – lead the IT technical side of Manufacturing Processes requirements that includes Production Planning, Shop floor control, Manufacturing Execution, Maintenance and Quality management.
• Business Process Optimization: – Analyse and optimize business processes in PM, PP, and QM. Work with stakeholders to identify requirements and define future state solutions. Conduct Fit2Standard workshops to align business processes with SAP best practices.
• Requirements Gathering and Documentation: – Elicit, document, and manage business requirements.Ensure all the aspects of the business processes are mentioned in the documentation to enable the right solution design.
• SAP S/4HANA Integration: – Collaborate with technical teams on data migration, system integration, and extensibility.
• Reporting and Analytics: – Utilize SAP S/4HANA Quality-Maintenance-Manufacturing analytics tools to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
• Change Management: – Support change management initiatives.Facilitate communication and training to ensure a smooth transition to new SAP S/4HANA Quality-Maintenance- Manufacturing solutions.

Skills:

• 10+ years of demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst, Manager, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing, Maintenance and Quality Master Data, Materials Requirement planning, Production Execution and Quality Management.
• Team Leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of cross-functional integration and industry best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision.
• Experience of working in the Automotive Industry is a plus.
• SAP S/4HANA Quality-Maintenance-Manufacturing certifications are a plus.

Education: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level

Language Skills: Good English language – both verbal and written
