The Management Services Lead Auditor will be responsible for performing third-party quality audits and assessments in accordance with our Corporate Policies. You will lead the audit team, prepare audit plans, reports, deliver meetings, and submit final reports. This position is based on client needs for TÜV America Inc., with headquarters in Peabody, MA.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Managing the SQF Program
2. Business Development
3. Performing audits
4. Technical Reviews
5. Accurate, clear, and timely communication of information, upward and lateral, including verbal, written, and listening skills;

To be successful in this role, you must have one of the following lead auditor certifications:

• 3+ years as a 3rd party SQF Lead Auditor.
• Current SQF Lead Auditor certification in SQFI.

Additional requirements include:

• Able to lift and carry up to 10 lbs. in addition to transporting one’s own luggage for multiple-day travel and push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, and kneel with that which is lifted, carried, or transported.
• Able to walk and stand for up to 4 hours at a time and maneuver throughout multiple levels of client sites, either by stairs or elevator.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to rent and drive a car and travel on public conveyances when required.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in a Technical or Business area or equivalent Auditor Credentials

Travel Requirements: Frequent local and domestic travel and occasional international travel to client locations is required — travel may be up to 60%. Hours beyond the normal work week are often required to satisfy client deadlines.
