What you will do in this role

As a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) in our team you will:

• You will receive requests via e-mail and chat.
• You will support the customer with inquiries regarding their account, subscriptions, billing and all kinds of Crunchyroll products and services.
• Provide assistance in the event of technical issues and malfunctions.
• You will work with other departments to solve any issues that are raised.
• You guarantee the clients standards with competent service and conscientious documentation.

Your qualifications
