  1. Support end-users both remotely and on-site, ensuring compliance with legislation and IMS standards.
  2. Install, configure, and support local PC hardware and applications in Windows and Mac OS environments.
  3. Maintain end-user support at 2nd and 3rd levels, ensuring system availability within predefined timeframes.
  4. Resolve IT incidents, service requests, and problems reported by end-users promptly.
  5. Collaborate with other IT teams for smooth system integration and support.
  6. Support enterprise projects to drive innovation and efficiency.
  7. Install software and support desktop applications.
  8. Assist centralized teams in resolving MIM issues through hands-on support and investigations.
  9. Supervise work requests to meet SLAs and customer needs.
  10. Support onboarding and offboarding processes for colleagues.
  11. Participate in audits and business continuity planning.
  12. Maintain IT inventory and validate hardware and software licenses.
  13. Keep IT documentation accurate and accessible.
  14. Travel up to 25% to support other sites as needed.
  15. Possess experience in system integration or related fields (e.g., MCSE, MCITP).
  16. Be familiar with Windows 11, Intune, and Autopilot deployment technologies.
  17. Have excellent German language skills and good English skills, both spoken and written.
  18. Have IT support experience, preferably in mid to large-sized companies.
  19. Hold a valid class B driving license.
  20. Have good knowledge of Windows OS and PC/Server hardware.
  21. Be skilled in Microsoft Office 365 products and features.
  22. Support remote tools, antivirus, backup programs, and hardware imaging.
  23. Maintain a learning attitude to stay updated with IT developments.
  24. Exhibit a customer-focused attitude, ensuring high user satisfaction.
  25. Possess strong communication skills for effective interaction.
