Job Description:

As part of Advisory & Financing Solutions within Client Solutions, the Leveraged Financing Solutions team focuses on European leveraged finance, including private equity-driven LBOs and NIG corporate transactions. Responsibilities include originating and executing financings, developing client relationships, preparing marketing materials, conducting due diligence, and leading credit approval processes.

Responsibilities:

• Originate and execute LBO financings and structured acquisitions
• Develop cross-sell opportunities and support ECM business
• Create marketing and pitch presentations
• Engage with private equity sponsors and management teams
• Perform due diligence and financial analysis
• Lead credit approval and negotiate documentation
• Support syndication processes and work within deal teams

Qualifications:

• Degree in Business Administration or similar; MBA, CFA preferred
• Minimum six years in leveraged finance, LBO transactions, or related experience
• Experience with credit approval, loan documentation, and client management
• Strong analytical, communication, and team leadership skills
• Fluent in German and English
