We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Consultant to join our IT department at the STADA Group. This role requires a blend of business understanding, AI expertise, and project leadership to drive our digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will identify and implement AI and Generative AI use cases, collaborate across teams, and ensure compliance with AI governance standards.

What you can expect:

1. Identify key business processes, pain points, and opportunities where (Gen)AI and automation can create value.
2. Validate the technological feasibility of (Gen)AI use cases and develop comprehensive business cases.
3. Manage and steer (Gen)AI projects by coordinating stakeholders, teams, and external partners.
4. Maintain and prioritize a strategic (Gen)AI roadmap aligned with business impact and ROI.
5. Define and implement metrics to measure the ROI of AI initiatives.
6. Monitor project progress and report insights to leadership, ensuring alignment with business goals.
7. Ensure AI initiatives comply with relevant regulations, including IP rights, the EU AI Act, and internal governance frameworks.
8. Evaluate and recommend AI tools and solutions suited to business needs.
9. Promote AI initiatives internally through newsletters, presentations, and social media.
10. Share AI success stories, best practices, and strategic insights to foster a data-driven, AI-enabled culture.

Who we are looking for:

• Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Have 8+ years of professional experience in digital transformation, with around 5 years in Data Science, Analytics, Automation, or AI.
• Possess strong consulting experience with deep AI expertise.
• Experience in the FMCG or manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate complex AI topics into business strategies.
• Experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and change management is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business teams.
