Job Title: IT-Expert (m/w/d)

Start: Immediately, full-time, nationwide at one of our BWI locations.

Department: CO OMG AO

This department ensures a stable, secure, and high-performance operation of cross-sectional applications of SSO. It manages incident, change, release, and patch management for the supported processes. The sub-department SSO OMG AO Coordination (C) will operate tools like Planboard and BeWIKI, along with several in-house developments. Additionally, the area plans special services within SSO and SSD.

Responsibilities:

• Create scripts, training materials, communication documents, web-based trainings, and training videos for LMS
• Conduct in-house and external training sessions for clients (online and in-person)
• Publish and maintain learning units on learning management platforms
• Coordinate cross-departmental schedules and alignments
• Maintain ongoing documentation

Qualifications:

• Completed studies in communication, education, social sciences, media design, or a comparable qualification with 2+ years of professional experience
• Alternatively, 3-4 years of professional experience in media design, communication, or adult education
• Knowledge of IT service management according to ITIL V3/ITIL 4 (or quick comprehension skills)
• Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe Captivate or comparable tools
• Willingness to learn new tools or proven good to very good skills in e-learning software, preferably Articulate or Vyond
• Understanding of complex IT structures
• Fluent German language skills in speaking and writing
