Jobticket+ provides a comprehensive solution for companies to offer their employees convenient and sustainable transportation options. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to drive the growth of our B2B sales.

As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales of our Jobticket+ solution to businesses. This is a 100% success-based role, requiring a self-starter with a proven track record in B2B sales. You will be instrumental in expanding our market presence and acquiring new corporate clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, for our Jobticket+ product.
  • Identify and target potential B2B clients across various industries.
  • Develop and execute AI-driven strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets, leveraging predictive analytics, automating outreach, and optimizing strategies based on AI insights.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client companies.
  • Present and demonstrate the value proposition of Jobticket+ to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements.
  • Utilize AI-powered tools to analyze market trends, monitor competitors, and identify new opportunities.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports in a timely manner.
Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven success as a B2B Sales Manager with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Deep understanding of B2B sales processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Must have: Fluency in German (spoken and written).
  • Strong relationship-building skills with clients.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven to succeed.
  • Ability to manage your own sales pipeline independently.
  • Experience or familiarity with the mobility or transportation industry is a plus.
