Join our team as a Business Developer. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining business relationships. Working within the Sales department, you will sell our services to new businesses and consumers. Your role is vital as we work to reshape the labor market to benefit everyone.

Your responsibilities:

  • Identify new business trends and opportunities.
  • Close deals, meet sales targets, and drive growth and profitability.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and understand their needs.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and other sales tactics.
  • Negotiate effectively and persuade potential clients.
  • Connect easily with potential clients and understand their needs.
  • Achieve KPIs, deadlines, and monthly targets with energy and enthusiasm.
  • Preferably have experience as a Business Developer or in a similar sales/customer service role.
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English; German and Luxembourgish are assets.
