  • Supervise food preparation and service, ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and presentation.
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Assist in menu development and implementation.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, order supplies, and oversee storage organization.
  • Monitor food costs and help in budget management.
  • Address and resolve any issues within the kitchen efficiently.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar leadership role in a kitchen.
