We are seeking an experienced Sinequa Specialist for an exciting 100% remote project. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and optimization of the Sinequa-powered platform. Your focus will be on the entire lifecycle of the platform and the indexing of data sources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with data source and application owners to ensure that all relevant content is properly indexed and searchable, considering specific use cases. This involves understanding business requirements, setting up indexing rules, and ensuring accurate and efficient content retrieval.
  • Monitor the search platform for any issues or anomalies and provide timely resolutions. Troubleshoot and resolve search-related issues, working closely with cross-functional teams and vendors if needed.
  • Develop and maintain documentation and best practices for the search platform, including configuration settings, indexing guidelines, troubleshooting procedures, and performance optimization techniques.
  • Regularly maintain and optimize the Sinequa search platform to ensure it is up-to-date and performing at its best. This includes monitoring system health, implementing necessary upgrades and patches, and configuring platform settings for optimal performance.

Qualifications:

  • Solid experience with Sinequa technology and its implementation.
  • Experience in maintaining and optimizing search platforms.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent knowledge in developing and maintaining documentation and best practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Several years of professional experience in search technologies and content management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
