Job Description:

HomeToGo is looking for an innovative Senior Marketing Manager (m/f/d) who is passionate about owning various email marketing campaigns for all of our brands. You will be part of the Retention team, working with marketers, tech, and data science stakeholders to drive long-term productization goals and enhance the scalability of our retention tech stack.

How you’ll add value:

  1. Build and maintain the email marketing calendar and manage user experience/funnel from campaigns to sessions and revenue.
  2. Drive post-acquisition engagement through onboarding and retargeting emails, and other initiatives to improve engagement and LTV.
  3. Partner with marketing tech, design, and product teams to build new functionality and troubleshoot issues.
  4. Optimize campaigns weekly, including content coordination, creative reviews, list and campaign setup.
  5. Lead or assist in analysis to identify new opportunities and define requirements.

You’ll be successful if you have:

  • 3+ years of experience in Retention/CRM Marketing or Email Marketing.
  • Experience with tools like Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and knowledge of email HTML & tracking.
  • Good data analysis skills, especially SQL, and familiarity with visualization tools.
  • Strong project/campaign management skills, capable of handling multiple initiatives and priorities.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and influence stakeholders.
