The Application Engineering Team Manager for MCU tools and Ecosystems will oversee the development and production of evaluation boards and solutions for automotive MCU series. Collaborating with product marketing and design teams, your responsibilities include leading a team in creating automotive solutions, working with engineers, marketers, customers, and partners, providing training, presenting technologies, and managing hardware/software development and production.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading a team to develop new automotive solutions.
• Collaborating internally and externally to enhance product offerings.
• Providing application training to stakeholders.
• Representing Renesas technologies at seminars.
• Managing development and production of hardware and software solutions.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• At least 12 years of relevant experience.
• Understanding automotive system requirements and proposing optimized solutions.
• Deep knowledge of embedded microcontrollers, tools, and ecosystems.
• Hands-on hardware/software development experience.
• Motivated, proactive, and capable of working internationally.
• Strong technical understanding and customer focus.
• Knowledge of development and manufacturing costs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and German.
• Project management skills and ability to lead and motivate teams.
