Job Description:

Join our Customer Experts team for Pandora, the world’s most loved jewellery brand, and give a voice to people's loves. If you're passionate about jewelry and customer support, TP Greece collaborates with Pandora to hire Customer Support Representatives.

Responsibilities:

• Handle calls, emails, and chat in German
• Respond to inquiries about pricing, products, order status, tracking, and cancellations
• Promote current promotions and offers as a brand ambassador
• Resolve account, billing, and order issues, including upselling, troubleshooting, fraud, and returns, following training guidelines
• Collaborate with colleagues to exchange ideas and solutions
• Ensure customer satisfaction and turn every customer into a happy customer

Qualifications:

• Excellent command of German
• Good knowledge of English
• Strong communication, soft skills, and problem-solving abilities
• Computer literacy and tech-savviness
• Ability to multitask and strong interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts and overtime if required
• Customer support experience is an advantage
• Positive and adventurous attitude
