YOUR ROLE
  1. Play a key role in developing a LEAN culture.
  2. Lead continuous improvement initiatives in productivity, quality, operations, and cost across both Dublin sites using LEAN methodologies and tools.
  3. Facilitate groups and teams in process improvement projects.
  4. Identify current and future value creation opportunities feeding into plant PDI targets.
  5. Report HPS activities to site management and HPS EU.
  6. Partner with site leadership to create HPS roadmaps for implementation and development of HPS standards.
  7. Manage Lean workshops and ensure actions are tracked and completed promptly.
  8. Optimize production line setup and document standards for operational and setup requirements.
  9. Utilize onboard technology like HMI control systems to enhance process efficiency.
  10. Serve as the subject matter expert on production lines.
  11. Analyze operational issues and data from charts, graphs, and other measurement tools.
  12. Review and improve existing production methods.
  13. Standardize settings and provide support and training.
  14. Implement cost-effective process improvements that increase speed without sacrificing quality and safety.
  15. Monitor performance to identify opportunities and resolve process constraints.
  16. Collaborate with other functions to deliver improvements in production, costs, quality, and labor efficiency.
  17. Study and adopt production methods for optimal use of resources.
YOUR SKILLS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
  • At least three years of engineering and/or operations experience (manufacturing, supply chain).
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred; prior experience in continuous improvement is a plus.
  • Project management experience is advantageous.
  • Deep understanding of LEAN concepts and continuous improvement principles (e.g., 5S, SMED, OEE, JIT, Tact principle, Six Sigma).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with leadership ability.
  • Proven ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Flexible approach.
  • Strong ability to learn rapidly and develop within the company.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Influencing and convincing skills are key to success.
