After more than 15 years of success in international EU grant writing and change management, we focus on projects that make a difference towards a smart, digital, and sustainable world. We collaborate with leading companies, cities, research institutions, and NGOs to identify funding opportunities in Climate Neutral, Smart City, and Digital areas, create impactful consortiums, and manage grant applications for projects worth €2.5 – €40m+. Your role

We seek a new team member (m/f/d) capable of:

• Supporting senior team members in identifying and onboarding new customers across Europe
• Supporting grant writing team in onboarding organizations that add value to upcoming projects
• Engaging with existing customers to understand their capabilities and aspirations
• Fostering relationships with partner organizations and encouraging referrals
• Maintaining IFE’s internal CRM system

Your qualifications

• Baccalaureate or equivalent education; degree or diploma preferred
• 2+ years experience in sales support, admin, marketing, or account management
• Experience managing multi-partner, cross-country projects and initiating client contacts
• Interest in Smart City, Climate Neutral, Digital topics, and innovative tech
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently in a multicultural environment
• Autonomous, creative, curious, responsible
• Proficiency in MS Office and communication tools; knowledge of CRM systems (MS Dynamics) is a plus

Our offer

• Annual salary between €36,000 – €48,000, depending on experience
