Responsibilities:

1. Partner with various stakeholders to deliver web, mobile, touch screen, including embedded software on medical devices experiences, supporting the overall roadmap strategy and ensuring positive impact on Fresenius patients and healthcare providers.
2. Define project requirements and develop user-centered design solutions to build best-in-class products and delight customers.
3. Plan and manage design activities across multiple projects.
4. Design and execute generative and evaluative user research activities relevant to each project's maturity, following best User Experience practices.
5. Create service blueprints, user journeys, mood and storyboards, prototypes, and wireframes.
6. Conduct and participate in design reviews and feedback sessions.
7. Mentor and coach junior designers.
8. Manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
9. Possess a solid understanding of UX processes, tools, and templates.

Your Profile:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Factors, Interaction, Industrial or Product Design, Cognitive, Experimental or Behavioral Psychology, Anthropology, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
2. 10+ years of experience in Product Design for large-scale enterprise solutions.
3. Experience designing for medical devices or other highly complex cross-platform enterprise solutions.
4. Experience with Mobile Applications / Native Apps.
5. Ability to design user interfaces for various mediums (desktop, touch screen, mobile, embedded software) and platforms (Android, iOS).
6. Recognize and distinguish value-added, strategic activities from 'busy work.'
7. Working knowledge of Figma.
8. A portfolio is required; please include it in your application.
