This role involves providing fast and effective IT support for employees both in the office and remotely via various channels such as Jira HD, email, Slack, phone, and on-site meetings. Responsibilities include onboarding and offboarding employees, hardware management, maintenance and improvement of IT infrastructure, contract and license management, and collaboration with external providers for office maintenance and construction work.
