Location : We are flexible! Join us in Hamburg, Berlin, or Barcelona.

We’re seeking a sharp, solution-oriented Salesforce Administrator ready to advance their career beyond system maintenance to full-stack sales tech ownership. In this role, you'll act as a Salesforce expert, business analyst, and sales tech architect.

You will enhance our Salesforce platform and connected tools to empower our sales, marketing, and customer success teams. Your responsibilities include optimizing workflows, evaluating new technology, and implementing scalable processes—ideal for those passionate about aligning business needs with innovative technology.

YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage and develop our Salesforce Sales Cloud environment to support our rapidly growing B2B sales team.
  • Take strategic ownership of the entire sales tech stack, including Salesforce Sales Cloud, DocuSign, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft, and related integrations & automation workflows.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, CSM, Data).
  • Analyze sales processes to identify friction points and implement solutions to boost efficiency and speed.
  • Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and forecasting tools to deliver actionable insights.
  • Ensure data quality, platform integrity, compliance, and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Finance teams to support growth initiatives.
  • Develop self-service tools for stakeholders and promote internal user adoption.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS:
  • 2–4 years of Salesforce administration experience, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, tech-driven setting with familiarity in sales operations.
  • Experience with sales tools such as Salesforce, Apollo, Outreach, HubSpot, LinkedIn, SalesNavigator, etc.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze and derive actionable insights.
  • Salesforce Admin Certification and experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications.
  • Proficiency in creating and maintaining Salesforce Lightning Flows and Process Builders.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of German or Spanish is a plus.
