SUMMARY

We are looking for a skilled Senior Full Stack Software Engineer familiar with building systems using Typescript to join our Engineering team. You will build a product that enables Conversational AI teams to collaborate and annotate conversations to improve bot performance. Opportunities include leading architecture decisions and owning the product. You will collaborate with Engineers, Product Managers, and Designers, reporting to an Engineering Manager. Our tech stack includes Node and React for the bot tuning product, and an open-source Conversational AI infrastructure written in Python.

ABOUT THIS ROLE

Software development at Rasa involves designing architecture, writing quality code, and breaking down ambitious visions into milestones. As a Senior Backend Engineer, your impact includes:

• Leading by example and taking ownership of the product experience.
• Engaging in product discovery and architecture discussions.
• Asking questions and progressing projects amid uncertainties.
• Sharing good software practices through code reviews.
• Focusing on solving user problems while designing systems.
• Navigating our tech stack: TypeScript, Node, React, GraphQL, Python3, Redis, RabbitMQ, Postgres, GitHub Actions, Kubernetes.
• Mentoring junior developers to develop their skills.
