Jobbeschreibung

As a Senior Data Engineer, you will be crucial in ensuring we can bring together all marketing relevant data from various sources in a reliable and scalable way, by designing and developing a central marketing data platform, assuming stewardship for data quality, consistency and usability of data.

Your responsibilities :

• Building the data pipelines on Azure
• Developing the new data warehouse on Azure
• Preparing the scripts to restructure and populate the data
• Developing current pipelines to run on Azure
• Migrating the data lake and data warehouse to Azure
• Coordinating with analytics stakeholders on data modeling
• Satisfy the requirements of data preparation and consumption activity
• Updating the data populations scripts to fit with the new models and pipelines
• Preparing the documentation for all data pipelines

Your profile :

• 5 - 8 years experience in data engineering field including building professional data pipelines
• 3+ years experience in Azure services such as : data bricks, data factory, Synapse Analytics
• Professional experience in SQL (PL / SQL) and Python
• Professional experience in data lake and data warehouse modeling techniques
• Experience with processing structured and unstructured data
• Pragmatic capabilities to understand the requirements and get things done
• Openness to gain new knowledge and learn a new skills
• Ability to provide creative solution and keep things running in an effective manner
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, fault-tolerant and agile environment
• Mature experience in building data pipelines using Google Cloud Composer
