Role Overview

We are seeking to strengthen our team in Renningen! You will play a key role in quality management within our dynamic project teams, responding flexibly to customer needs and driving quality initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality management systems according to DIN EN 9001, focusing on product and supplier quality.
• Handle complaints using 8D reports and prepare related documentation.
• Lead improvement projects following PDCA cycles, analyze processes, and utilize KPIs and lean principles to optimize workflows.
• Prepare and implement quality plans for large-scale projects, especially in high-tech plant engineering like the semiconductor industry.
• Act as the main contact for customers and suppliers regarding quality issues, audits, and compliance.
• Maintain and develop quality standards across our global manufacturing network in Europe, Asia, and America.

Qualifications

• Degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in quality management within manufacturing or technology companies.
• Proven success in managing quality in technically demanding projects.
• Strong technical passion and excellent communication skills in German and English.
• Ability to solve evolving problems and handle IT applications like MS Office and CAQ systems (e.g., Babtec).
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
