Qualifikationen

Jobbeschreibung

Our Sales Accounting Team is part of the ABOUT YOU Finance department and is responsible for the accounting representation of all business transactions according to HGB and IFRS. It forms the basis for both external and internal reporting requirements.

As an Accounting Manager – Sales (m/f/d), you will take responsibility for key processes in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial accounting. You will ensure compliance with proper accounting standards and independently drive process optimizations. In your daily work, you will be supported by our operational accountants. Responsibilities

• Managing and optimizing key processes within accounts receivable and financial accounting
• Project and interface management of our ERP and accounting systems (Salesforce, NAV18, SAP 4HANA)
• Assisting in the preparation, accounting, and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB and IFRS
• Coordinating internal departments (especially Controlling, Tax, Internal Audit) and external auditors

Requirements

• Degree in business administration or an apprenticeship as an accountant
• Several years of experience in accounting, auditing, or tax advisory
• Proficiency in ERP systems, ideally experience with SAP R3 (FI/CO) and/or Microsoft Dynamics NAV
• Strong IT affinity and excellent MS Office skills
• High analytical abilities and enjoyment of complex tasks
• Independent, proactive working style with strong communication skills
